Mytransfer customers always book full transfer cover with us. 
So that you can enjoy your flight or train journey without any worries, we always recommend that you take out our full transfer protection package.

We cover the subsequent unplanned incidents at no extra cost: 
We cover delayed arrival at the airport or railway station. Delays can occur due to strikes by airport staff, the airline, or railway company. Arrivals delayed due to various flight or train delays are also included. We cover delayed arrivals due to not reaching a connecting flight or train. Arrivals delayed due to bad weather conditions are covered too. We also cover delayed arrivals due to short-term re booking by the airline or rail operator. Short-term re booking or cancellation of the transfer free of charge due to various events is covered. Additionally, we cover short-term changes of landing airport free of charge. This happens due to various events. Only the transport tariffs of the respective airport/railway station apply. 
For collective transfers, we guarantee a safe pick-up within 2.5 hours of your newly scheduled landing (including at night). 
In the case of a private transfer, we guarantee you a free waiting time of 3 hours in total. Alternatively, we will organize free other transport.

Important: 
If you change or cancel a transfer before departure, you need to inform us by telephone in advance. Then, inform us in writing 12 hours before your planned departure. 
Flight or train delays of more than 30 minutes or changes to travel plans (e.g. not reaching a connecting flight or train) must be reported by telephone via the emergency number as soon as the incident occurs. Our customer support team will then promptly work with you to find a different journey.

If you have booked ever-clever finished transfer cover, you can cancel a transfer you have already paid for. This is free of charge. We will refund the transfer costs (excluding total cover costs) within 10 working days free of charge. 
If you do not have full transfer protection, you can cancel your transfer free of charge. You have up to 72 hours before the start of the transfer to cancel. Still, there is a fixed processing fee. Please read our General Terms and Conditions for this.

  • Flight Delay Notification
  • If your flight is delayed, simply inform us as soon as possible. We will rearrange your transfer at no extra charge, ensuring you have a reliable ride when you land.
  • Train Delay Notification
  • Should your train be delayed, inform us promptly. We’ll adjust your transfer arrangements at no extra cost, providing peace of mind during your journey.
  • Collective Transfers
  • For collective transfers, we guarantee a safe pick-up within 2.5 hours of your newly scheduled landing time. Our team is committed to accommodating changes efficiently to make sure your comfort and safety.
